Description
1. Test Strip Components:

2. Buffer Solution:
- Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS): Maintains pH and provides the necessary ionic strength for the test.
- Detergents (e.g., Tween-20): To reduce non-specific binding and improve the clarity of the test results.
3. Stabilizers:
- Proteins (e.g., BSA – Bovine Serum Albumin): To stabilize the antibodies on the strip.
- Preservatives (e.g., Sodium Azide): To prevent microbial growth and maintain the integrity of the test components.
Indications for Use
The Agary Pregnancy Test Strip is indicated for:

- To qualitatively detect the presence of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine, which is an indicator of pregnancy.

- Designed for self-testing by individuals in the privacy of their homes to confirm pregnancy.

4. Monitoring hCG Levels:

Instructions for Use
1. Sample Collection:
- Collect a urine sample in a clean, dry container.
2. Testing Procedure:
- Remove the test strip from the sealed pouch.
- Dip the strip into the urine sample for the time specified in the instructions (usually a few seconds).
- Lay the strip flat on a clean, dry surface.
3. Reading Results:
- Wait for the specified time (usually 3-5 minutes) to read the results.
- A single line indicates a negative result, while two lines indicate a positive result.
4. Interpretation of Results:
- Positive Result: Two distinct lines (one in the control area and one in the test area).
- Negative Result: One line in the control area only.
- Invalid Result: No lines or a line only in the test area.
Storage and Stability
- Store the test strips in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
