An optimal supply of vitamins and minerals is an important prerequisite for the well-being and performance of our body.
Magnesium and calcium are two vital minerals that our body needs for the activation and maintenance of numerous biological processes in the body.
Magnesium is a mineral that the body cannot produce itself. In addition, storage is only possible to a limited extent.

Calcium is stored in our bones. The mineral can be released from this storage location if required (e.g. if calcium intake is insufficient). Calcium is therefore active in our body. It is absorbed, stored in the bone, released again and has to be replenished for compensation. Therefore, it is important to ensure a sufficient supply through food.
The German “National Consumption Study” 2008 showed that in large parts of the population the calcium supply is not optimal.
