INGREDIENTS: 3.1g Hawthorn fruit extract, 0.5g Melissa leaves extract, 0.5g Rosemary leaves extract, 0.5g Valerian roots extract per 100ml– contains alcohol and Honey.
How it works? Melissa and Valerian have relaxing and calming effects. Melissa contains active substance Rosmarinic acid which elicit the following effects: mild anxiolytic properties, relief of stomach cramps, headache and digestion problems. Rosemary leaves contain essential oils which are traditionally used to support the cardiovascular system. Hawthorn provides cardiovascular boost by stimulating blood circulation and its antioxidant properties combats free radicals and inflammation.
Hawthorn supports the heart function, it consist of two active substances which are Flavonoids and Proanthocyanidins which elicit their effects by widening the blood vessels, especially heart blood vessels, which results in optimum blood flow to the heart. The increase in blood circulation results in better supply of oxygen, which increases the physical ability of the heart. Also, Hawthorn has antioxidants properties that help fight inflammation, which also helps to keep the heart in good health.
DOSAGE: Take 20ml three times a day before meal.
